2025 taiwan international graphic design award (2025 TiGDA)

Taiwan (Chinese Taipei)ICoD is pleased to announce the Member Event 2025 Taiwan International Graphic Design Award (2025 TiGDA), organised by China Productivity Center and Taiwan Design Alliance. Submissions are open from 15 February to 15 July 2025.
EVENT DESCRIPTION
The TIGDA Award aims to promote Commercial Design in Taiwan, facilitate the exchange with international designers, and establish the Taiwan International Design Award brand. To recognise outstanding design, the 'Taiwan International Graphic Design Award’ is a competition open to designers from all regions and countries.
Containing "Taiwan International Poster Design Award" and “Taiwan International CI Design Award”, which strengthens the application of commercial value, the Taiwan International Graphic Design Award is expected to enhance the visibility of Taiwan's design talents and to promote the vision and internationalisation of design.
TWO MAIN CATEGORIES
1. Taiwan International Poster Design Award
A. Specific Topic: Human Concerning, Sustainable Development (including Environment Protection & Energy Conservation and Carbon Reduction). (Type A)
B. Non-specific Topic: Commerce, Arts, Public Welfare, and Purpose Popularization. (Type B)
C. All entries must be created after January 1st, 2023.
2. Taiwan International CI Design Award
A. Corporate Identity: Brand, logo and other series of design works for companies and institutions. (Type C)
B. Event Identity: Logo and series of design work for commercial campaigns/events. (Type D)
C. All entries must be created after January 1st, 2023.

Registration Deadline: 15 July 2025
Announcement of Finalists: 22 August 2025
PRIZE
I. Category of Both Awards:
A. Grand Prize (1 person): Medal; invited to an exchange activity in the host country (note 1).
C. JAGDA Excellence Award (1 person): Medal.
D. TGDA Award (1 person): Medal.
E. GDA-ROC Award (1 person): Medal.
F. TPDA Award (1 person): Medal.
G. TDA Award (1 person): Medal.
II. The following are prizes for each category:
(1) Category of Taiwan International Poster Design Award
Specific topic and non-specific topic categories
․Gold Award (2 persons): Medal; invited to an exchange activity in the host country (note 1).
․Silver Award (2 persons): Medal.
․Bronze Award (2 persons): Medal.
․Youth Award (2 persons): Medal (for participants under 35 years old).
․Judge Panel Special Award (5 persons; each member of the judge panel will select one winner.): Medal.
․Distinction (several): Certificate
(2) Category of Taiwan International CI Design Award
Corporate identity and event identity categories
․Gold Award (2 persons): Medal; invited to an exchange activity in the host country (note 1).
․Silver Award (2 persons): Medal
․Bronze Award (2 persons): Medal
․Youth Award (2 persons): Medal (for participants under 35 years old)
․Judge Panel Special Award (5 persons; each members of the judge panel selects one winner.): Medal
․Distinction (several): Certificate
All award winners will receive an award certificate (in addition to the winners of the medal). Their works will be exhibited and collected in a special publication.
Note 1:
If Grand Prize and Gold Award winners are unable to attend the awards exchange activities, subsequent winners will be invited to the exchange activities in the host country. In case of entry restrictions on foreign nationals due to force majeure or other major accidents, the organiser will announce the form of exchange activities separately. The organiser reserves the right to make final modifications, changes, interpretations, and cancel the exchange activity.
