The creation of a Member record in the directory or user accounts to manage the Member record and access the Member Area ("my ICoD") may include the User's first and last name, address, phone number and email address. Other services including registration to the newsletter and Council planned virtual and in-person events also.

The purpose of our processing is to optimise the user experience and the website's functionality including creating statistics.
