The Space of Design

From 12.08.2026 to 30.09.2026 Exhibition

International Council of Design Professional Member ULUPUBiH (Association of Applied Artists and Designers in Bosnia and Herzegovina) is launching a new exhibition programme with The Space of Design (PROSTOR DIZAJNA), opening the new exhibition season at the ULUPUBiH Gallery and dedicated to contemporary applied arts and design in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The exhibition opening is on 12 August 2026 at ULUPUBiH Gallery, Sarajevo.

The inaugural exhibition brings together more than 70 current ULUPUBiH members working across graphic and product design, photography, scenography and costume design, interior design, unique design, new media, art theory and other fields of applied art and design. Through a shared exhibition format, the project presents the diversity of professional practices within the association and offers a cross-section of the design scene in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Rather than focusing on a single theme or aesthetic approach, the exhibition highlights the plurality and interdisciplinary character of design practice, while positioning the ULUPUBiH Gallery as a space for the continuous presentation of its members’ work, professional exchange and greater visibility of design within the cultural and social context of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
