Trier (Germany) - This December, The Academy of European Law will host a conference on European Intellectual Properly Law 2010, focusing on design law, trade marks and domain names.

The objective of this conference is to address various legal aspects of the most recent developments in both jurisprudence and legislation in the field of EU industrial property law. In the field of designs, the first cases adopted by the EU Courts and the most relevant decisions from the OHIM Boards of Appeal will be given special attention.
