ICOGRADA ENDORSES 6TH AGDA NATIONAL AWARDS

Brussels (Belgium) - The 6th AGDA National Awards has received Icograda's endorsement. Following the theme, INSIDE/OUT-OUTSIDE/IN, the event will showcase works from Australia's diverse design community. All Australian designers working overseas or in Australia are eligible to enter their work and be part of the Australian Graphic Design Association's biennial celebration. The awards presentation will be held 9 November 2002 at Sidney Myer Music Bowl in Melbourne.
AGDA Awards 2002 introduces new sections in Typography, Digital Media, Motion Graphics and Special Award categories. All entries will be judged by a distinguished panel of internationally known practitioners, and award winners will be acknowledged at the AGDA Awards Presentation Event, the AGDA Touring Exhibition and Awards Book. Entry deadline is 28 June 2002.
Established in Melbourne in 1992, the AGDA National Awards is recognised as the Australian design industry's premier event, having enjoyed successful programming in Sydney (1994), Canberra (1996), Adelaide (1998) and Brisbane (2000).
