Karlsruhe (Germany) - :output award for students in design and architecture 2010 has proudly announced the jury decision and as such the winning projects of the , an Icograda-endorsed event. Those projects are the most outstanding works of students in design and architecture from the past year.

??In total 1250 projects from more than 30 countries were submitted to the :output award 2010, which is the highest number of entries in the history of the competition. The international jury has selected 82 projects to be published in the next edition of the yearbook :output.

This year's Grand Prix has been split between two most fantastic and thrilling projects:?
  1. Nelly Ben Hayoun: The Physics of the Impossible, Interaction Design, Royal College of Art (United Kingdom)
  2. Maria Fischer: Traumgedanken, Typography / Illustration / Editorial Design, Fachhochschule Augsburg (Germany)??
?The complete list of winning projects can be found on the :output foundation website. All winners will be notified also individually in the coming days with details on the next steps for the publication.

The :output Grand Prix will be handed over in an award ceremony on the occasion of the Design Blast conference on 4 June 2010, at the University of the Arts Karlsruhe, Germany.
