APPLIED ARTS NAMES DESIGN JUDGING PANEL

Toronto (Canada) - has announced the Jury for the Design & Advertising Awards 2009. One of the largest and most-respected shows of its kind in Canada, Applied Arts contests are judged by panels of highly regarded industry professionals and experts, in a rigorous process developed over two decades of awards experience. Every entry is scored independently by each judge, based on creative merit, technical excellence and suitability for end use. Discussion is not permitted and judges must abstain from voting for their own work.

Winning work is reproduced in the November 2009 Design & Advertising annual, and kept as a valuable reference by the Applied Arts readership of more than 65 000. In addition, all winning work will be displayed at the annual Awards Winners' Exhibit, held in Toronto, in fall 2009. Winners will be invited to an exclusive event attended by senior design and advertising creative people, as well as by fellow winners.
